Nursery School Enrolment

The Nursery School accepts new enrolments throughout the year based on number availability. Prior to enrolment, families come in for a ‘get-to-know-you’ meeting with school management, where we will share the school’s Educational Project with you.

Annual fees for Nursery School (2023-2024 school year)

a) Enrolment fee for the school year 2023-2024: Euro 290,00

b) Fees for the school year 2023-2024:
– full day (from 7.30 am to 18.30 pm): Euro 5.100,00
– half day (from 7.30 am to 13.30 pm): Euro 4.800,00

c) Heating contribution: two installments of Euro 190,00 each

d) Cambridge International School fee
(only for the Preschool section): Euro 250,00

Summer School: this is optional and relates to the period after the end of the 2023-2024 school year, and the weeks at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year, excluding the month of August, where the school remains closed.

Discounts for parents with two or more enrolled children:

– school fees are reduced to Euro 4.800,00/year for any siblings of the original enrolled student.
– annual enrolment fees are only required for the first child and not for siblings, apart from each child’s first enrolment year, where all students are required to pay this fee.
– heating contribution only needs to be paid for the first child if their siblings are attending the same campus as them.

The starting date for the school year is established by the Piedmont Regional government.

As well as the regular school hours, full-day enrollment also includes the pre-school welcoming period from 7:30 am, morning snacks, lunch service and afterschool periods until 18:30. This excludes any other afterschool clubs selected (e.g. swimming, dance etc.)

Primary School Enrolment

Primary school enrolment spots are given based on the following criteria, as established by the School Council:

1) Students that previously attended the school’s Pre-School. Interested families must present their enrolment request no later than the 31st of October.

2) Students that have currently or previously enroled siblings

3) students with families that have presented their enrolment request as a priority, and following the chronological order of requests recieved.

Enrolment for students after Grade One

a) Enrolment fee for the school year 2023-2024: Euro 290,00

b) Fees for the school year 2023-2024: Euro 5.400,00

c) Heating contribution: two installments of Euro 190,00 each

d) Administrative fee: Euro 120,00

e) Cambridge International School fee: Euro 350,00

Summer School: this is optional and relates to the period after the end of the 2023-2024 school year, and the weeks at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year, excluding the month of August, where the school remains closed.

– school fees are reduced to Euro 5.100,00/year for any siblings of the original enrolled student.
– annual enrolment fees are only required for the first child and not for siblings, apart from each child’s first enrolment year, where all students are required to pay this fee.
– heating contribution only needs to be paid for the first child if their siblings are attending the same campus as them.

These fees do not include the cost of exams taken during the Cambridge and Delf certificates (for Grade Three, Four and Five) and the Cambridge International Education Check Points (for Grade Five).
